Steps to publish a POST on Specific Time and Date on WordPress:-
1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard and open a previous draft or click on Add New under Posts in the Admin Panel to the left.
2. Now, A new screen will open Add New Post or Edit Post depending on where you have clicked.
3. See the right of your screen, you must be seeing a publish box there, if not than scroll down and find it.You know what it looks like but I have to tell you this again. It should look like the image below:

4. In the Publish box, click on Edit which is at the right of Publish immediately.

5. Short Steps to do in this Step:
In the first box, choose the month.
In second and third enter the date and year.
In the fourth and fifth box, enter the time at which you want to get your post published.

6. Click OK and atlast click on the Publish button which has now changed to Schedule.
