How to Add this List to your WordPress BLOG?
Just follow the simple steps below and in no time you will be pinging your BLOG. 
1. Login to your WordPress dashboard and click on the ‘Writing’ option which is under the ‘Settings’ tab in the admin panel to the left.
2. A new screen will open, scroll to the bottom and look for “Update Service”.
3. Copy the list above and add this list to the box you will see below the “Update Service” there.
